The Monetization team, driving revenue growth and improving the game experience for our users.
Responsibilities:
producing all in-game communications segmented according to players behaviors and motivations.
Craft and optimize custom, effective, and strategic plans that can help reach business targets.
developing monthly plans while utilizing all game features and marketing tools.
identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and devising innovative ideas to engage players.
Working closely with creative and operations teams, as well as the Business Analytics and Economy.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Monetization role
Excel proficiency Must
Strong English written/verbal communication skills
A focus on consumer behavior in digital entertainment/games advantage
Willingness to work an on-call weekend shift once a month
Gaming background advantage
Relevant academic degree (such as, Business Administration, Game Design, or related fields)- Advantage
Previous experience in design, UX/UI advantage
Soft Skills Requirements
Can-do approach and ability to make things happen
passion for understanding consumers social gaming behavior
High attention to details and strong organization skills.
