RESPONSIBILITIES
Hands-on management of large-scale on a variety of media buying platforms Google Ads, Facebook, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
Be a part in planning clients user acquisition strategy
Manage mobile performance marketing campaigns across multiple ad networks – campaign set up, optimization, and budget
Be an expert in the latest AdTech industry trends and best practices
Monitor, optimize, and report performance on campaigns on an ongoing basis
Meet new customer acquisition targets, CAC and revenue goals while managing an efficient budget and LTV
Develop test plans and experiment with new user acquisition initiatives, then analyze performance to identify the highest impact opportunities – including creative testing, product enhancements, pricing, audience development
Research, evaluate, and test into new user acquisition channels
Work closely with MMPs to ensure accurate tracking
Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Product & Analytics on campaign development & testing
Be an expert in the latest AdTech industry trends and best practices
Manage AB testing agenda across all paid media channels

A minimum 1-2 years' mobile user acquisition and ad buying analysis
Experience with Google Firebase
Experience with Appsflyer & other mobile measurement platform

Deep understanding of mobile attribution
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
