Write and execute manual and automated tests using Appium (JavaScript)
Build tools and processes to help Mobile R&D teams test and debug their apps
Stay engaged in our fast-paced development process
Coordinate bug fixes and enhancements with development teams or resolve them yourself
Think like a product user to ensure all scenarios are covered before launching new apps
Explore design, UX, and product requirements from a QA perspective
Help solve complex support tickets and production incidents
Monitor app quality and push development teams to fix prioritized bugs
Use innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and impact how our mobile devs operate.

Requirements:
You have at least 2 years of experience in Mobile Application QA or as a Customer Support Expert
You have 1+ years of practical experience writing mobile automation tests
Youre proficient in a programming language supported by Appium (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automated testing
You are familiar with web-related knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS, Browser debugging, SQL, client-server architecture)
Youre highly professional, smart, creative, and ambitious with a passion for consumer-facing digital products, great customer service, and technology
Experience with complex test scenarios and frameworks would be an advantage
Familiarity with performance testing and profiling tools would be an advantage.
