Our team is growing and as were re-building our Mobile platform were looking for a talented team leader to join us. The Team Lead will be responsible for helping to craft the future of our mobile app platform.. Were using state-of-the-art technology to build our financial foundation for the next decade.
Here are a few of the things you will do:
Lead a team responsible for the mobile app foundation, driving performance and excellence across the mobile platform ecosystem.
Manage the engineers on the team
Own the team execution, delivery, and quality
Work with different engineering teams that build workflows and features on top of the platform owned by your team.
Work closely with the PM to create the teams roadmap, plans, goals, and measurements
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in mobile development – React Native – an advantage.
2+ years of experience in engineering management
Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
Experience with the mobile ecosystem – CI/CD, Testing frameworks, Design system, secured development and overall Appstore maintenance and App rating.
Experience in leading technically and organizationally complex projects
