What you'll be doing:
* Call patients from a predefined list, and ask them predefined questions in order to assess their health profile for clinical trial eligibility
* Engage in active listening with patients, confirming, or clarifying information
* Keep records of all conversations in our patient portal in a comprehensible way
* Manage outbound calls in a timely manner
* Ad hoc tasks (occasional translations: short research texts, articles, or disease overview/descriptions)

February 2023 – or as soon thereafter
In this role you will only need to use your own computer and mobile device. Where you work from, is up to you. We will provide you with a local number from which you can call the potential study candidates. You will also be trained and educated in our platform and receive onboarding in all the activities related to your job responsibilities.
The workload can vary from time to time and therefore you will receive hourly payment. Mostly, the weekly hours are between 2-5 hours.
