We have recently released in Israel a new media-marketing and promotion tool to allow our merchants and partners to advertise and provide promotional campaigns to end users on the platform.
As Media & Campaigns Lead you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales and strategic merchant partnerships, optimize presence and performance, work closely with the sales, product, operations global and local teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Build out a strong product positioning and messaging – conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, emerging trends.
Drive demand, adoption, and sales of our media products by effectively positioning them in the market.
Manage all aspects of our media business, from creating pricing schemes to outlining inventory and packaging the offers.
Define key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of media campaigns, and utilize data-driven insights to optimize strategies for maximum impact for our customers and merchants, and for us as a sustainable revenue source.
Sales enablement – equip the sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and collateral to effectively sell the products, including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and performance tracking.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven track record of 5+ years in product marketing, media strategy, digital marketing, ad sale, or related roles, preferably within e-commerce or consumer facing product-technology sector.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful media campaigns across various channels such as social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance.
Strategic mindset with a forward-thinking approach to identifying opportunities and solving complex business challenges.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Fluent English.
