Key Responsibilities
Design of the testing system includes thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics.
Deep knowledge of sensors, control, and thermodynamic system components (compressor types, EXV, pumps, etc..).
Reading production and assembly drawings.
Accompanying production processes.
Testing definition and results analysis: Mechanical (random vibration, shock, etc.), assembly, heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, static, etc.
Conducting experiments on newly designed components and systems.
Lead failures, root cause analysis, and FMEA processes.
Correlate models vs reality to improve company experience.
Manage internal and external projects and contracts while col

Requirements:
About you
A mechanical engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Open-minded, flexible, and creative.
Professional English both verbal and script.
Mechanical dynamic simulation (crash/crush).
Knowledge of various analytical methods and data analysis.
Problem-solving methods.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Able to analyze and solve problems.
Willingness to be flexible and multi-task as a member of a small team and able to work resourcefully
Knowledge of working according to automotive/military standards – Advantage.
