We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with strong process engineering orientation to join our team.
What will you do:
Develop and optimize high-precision opto-mechanical assembly processes
Lead automation projects Pick & Place, Adhesive Dispensing, Screwing systems
Design and validate jigs & fixtures for optical assemblies in cleanroom environments
Solve complex engineering problems and ensure scalability to mass production
Work cross-functionally with R&D, NPI, and production teams
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering must, minimum 5 years
Opto-Mechanical assemblies and tolerances experience BIG ADVANTAGE
Proven experience in automation and process engineering (PNP, dispensing, optical assemblies)
Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on attitude
Experience with automotive-grade manufacturing standards (IATF16949, APQP, PPAP) advantage
Excellent English and communication skill
