We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketplace Partnerships Manager to spearhead our marketplace initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will cultivate and manage relationships with our partners, driving our marketplace's strategic growth and success. Your responsibilities will include optimizing partner performance, aligning offerings with our customers needs, and enhancing the user experience. With strong analytical skills and a passion for innovation, you will contribute to our marketplace's continuous improvement and expansion, ensuring it remains a key driver of our business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with marketplace partners as the primary point of contact for all partner-related issues.
Monitor and analyze marketplace partner performance using key metrics, including net revenue, performance, and customer feedback. Provide regular reports to management on marketplace health and partner performance.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams and other company stakeholders to create and implement strategies that drive marketplace growth. Ensure alignment of partner offerings with company goals and market needs.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the marketplace, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for partners and customers alike. This includes overseeing product listings, pricing strategies, marketplace operational protocols and procedures.
Lead and manage projects to improve marketplace functionality, enhance user experience, and introduce new features that benefit both partners and customers.
Identify and implement strategies and initiatives to grow revenue from existing partners through promotions, product expansions, and improved partner engagement.
Establish a structured process for gathering and acting on feedback from partners and customers to continually enhance the marketplace offering.
3-5 years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar role within a B2B environment, preferably in the IT SaaS, security, or backup product sectors.
BA or BSc in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data.
Native English speaker or has a strong ability to work and communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining business relationships.
Project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
Knowledge of the IT SaaS market and its products, with a particular focus on security and backup solutions- a major advantage.
Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding goals.
Agile and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
