The Marketing Science team is actively seeking a full time Marketing Science Manager to lead the In Market Israel Marketing Science Team.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated manager who can support the design and implementation of our strategy and operating model, influence our largest advertisers, and the industry on the need to make all marketing measurable.
We are specifically looking for a candidate with experience in data analytics, research or digital advertising effectiveness who can coach their team to deliver strategic measurement, effective research design and actionable insights to meet the needs of clients. More broadly, the chosen candidate will work with a diverse set of internal stakeholders in Marketing Science, Sales, Creative, Marketing, Product Engineering, and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about advertising, data driven marketing, demonstrate a strong understanding of the advertising and publishers landscape and Israeli Tech eco-system, be intellectually curious, and able to move fast while keeping focused on high impact projects.
Marketing Science Partner Manager – Israel Responsibilities
Lead a team of Marketing Science Partners responsible for driving our advertisers to measure true business value by operationalising analyses and research that will prove the value of our advertising business, including cross media comparisons
Implement and execute a Measurement strategy. Identify key challenges and opportunities for disruptors/ digital natives clients and build a strategic plan to address them.
Coach a team on providing strategic recommendations and actionable, evidence-based insights and guidance to clients and wider industry.
Represent the Israel Marketing Science team internally and externally with cross functional teams and at industry events
Provide feedback to and collaborate with Product, R&D, and Partnerships teams to identify opportunities for new features, products, and partnerships
Lead, manage and grow a high-performing Marketing Science team.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years experience in data & analytics, research or ad effectiveness
Experience in building, managing and motivating individuals and teams
A bachelors degree in psychology, statistics, economics, behavioural or social science or a related field
A strong understanding of online advertising and data driven marketing techniques, advertising and marketing frameworks, including ad effectiveness measurement techniques
Experience with statistical analysis, including but not limited to experimental design, modeling, or advertising research – Experience building connections with customers and team members through effective communication and collaborating cross-functionally
Experience of inspiring action based on data-driven insights including influencing advertiser planning and buying behaviour
Experience building connections with customers and team members through effective communication and collaborating cross-functionally
A track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organised manner
Comfortable communicating complex topics to a non-technical audience
SQL skills for data analysis and mining of datasets
Hebrew speaking
Preferred Qualifications:
An advanced degree in psychology, statistics, economics, behavioral or social science or a related field
Familiarity with basic commands in R and/or Python
Experience in automating and scaling data-based insights and learnings to broad audiences through appropriate channels.
