As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will report to the Director of Revenue Operations. You will work closely with Marketing Leadership and play a critical role in the growth of our business.

What youll do:
Marketing Automation: Oversee and optimize Hubspot and related Marketing tech stack to drive success in marketing campaigns and processes.
Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management of marketing initiatives, from scoping to delivery – ensuring timely and successful execution.
Analytics: Utilize data-driven analysis to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, and deliver powerful insights on how to efficiently optimize them.
Tracking & attribution: Create reliable tracking and visibility of customer journey and channel attribution, to enable insight about the performance of various efforts.
Reporting – Provide regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Proven experience (2+ years) in Marketing Operations/ Revenue Operations.
Technical hands-on experience with Marketing platforms, Including experience in creating and implementing scalable processes and automation.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Solid understanding of marketing principles, including demand generation, lead management, and customer segmentation.
Familiarity with other marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
