As a Marketing Operations (Junior), youll support the day-to-day execution and maintenance of our marketing technology and processes. You will help drive operational efficiency, ensure data quality, and support demand generation programs that directly impact growth.
Working under the Marketing Operations Manager and alongside the broader marketing and revenue teams, this is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing automation, CRM, and campaign execution within one of the most exciting companies in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day execution in HubSpot and Salesforce, including campaign setup, segmentation, and workflows
Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date contact and account data across systems
Assist in building automated lead flows, scoring, and routing rules
Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reporting support
Help QA and troubleshoot marketing workflows and system issues
Support database segmentation for email marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts
Partner with the Marketing Operations Manager to evaluate and implement new tools or processes
Collaborate with RevOps to ensure seamless data sync and integration across platforms
12 years of experience in a marketing, RevOps, or Go-To-Market OPS roles – preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
Hands-on familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce (a must)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Curious, analytical mindset with basic experience working with spreadsheets, reports, or dashboards
Comfortable working cross-functionally and juggling multiple tasks
Eager to learn new tools, systems, and best practices in marketing technology
Bonus Points For:
Experience with tools like ZoomInfo, 6sense, Outreach, Drift, LeanData
Knowledge of marketing funnels, lifecycle stages, and campaign execution
Experience working with data enrichment, lead scoring, and routing logic
Enthusiasm for cybersecurity or interest in B2B technology marketing
