Marketing Manager plays a vital role in supporting CMO, executing marketing strategies and collaborate with team members to implement marketing plans and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Marketing materials: creating compelling marketing content, such as emails, ad copy, presentations, tracking projects and assisting in standardizing marketing collateral
Market research: conducting market research to define target audience, understanding consumer insights and creating buyer personas
Competitor analysis: Identifying industry best practices to optimize existing campaigns
Execute brand strategy through distributor activities: support distributors with collateral updates, campaigns, online activities, promotions, distributor's website
Responsible for company's photoshoots, videos, exhibitions and trade shows
Manage outsourced suppliers, such as content creators, copywriters, photographers, print, translation and others
Manage graphic design
Ecom management responsible for the overarching strategy of the company's website, including content, design and content development to optimize website conversions
Oversee all paid campaigns in different verticals, countries and languages
Managing the territories social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement and engagement
Generate performance reports for all major KPI's

Education: a bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
Experience: at least two years' experience in marketing (social media and Ecom an advantage)
Analytical skills: ability to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data (KPI's and ROI metrics)
Software proficiency: familiarity with CRM tools like salesforce and HubSpot as well as email marketing tools like MailChimp
Communication: excellent verbal and written skills in Hebrew and English (for the LATAM role, Spanish is an advantage)
