We are seeking a B2B Marketing Manager who will be our key employee and build our marketing department.
What are we looking for
* Business lead flow through high quality branding efforts
* Develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives
* Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of marketing efforts.
* Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors
* Drive hands-on the digital marketing capability (SEO, PPC, Marcom, etc.)
* Manage the offline marketing strategy of the company.
* Lead the messaging, positioning, content creation, solutions marketing, and delivery of marketing experiences that engage the target customer base
* Create and drive the global marketing strategy
* Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness
* Set current and long-term goals for internal teams
* Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
* Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
* Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
* Track competitors’ activities

* 5 years of B2B hands-on marketing experience – must!
* You have a good knowledge of marketing, including brand marketing, content management, digital marketing & performance marketing
* Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
* Solid knowledge of managing all marketing activities throughout the company
* Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques
* You have a pulse on what’s cutting edge in marketing and our industry
* Strong leadership skills
* Excellent communications skills
* Strong analytical and project management skills
* Strategic mindset with Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadline
* Leadership experience
* Success working in fast-paced environments leveraging modern marketing tools
* Experience with external-facing marketing activities including blogging, interviews, PR, conference presenting and panel discussions.
* Experience in the core areas of B2B marketing, including brand definition, publishing external communications and drafting collateral
* Significant B2B marketing experience to grow the business
