Conceptualize and Execute Guerrilla Campaigns, develop and implement unique, attention-grabbing marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, using unconventional methods and social media to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing team, including content creators, social media managers, and digital marketing specialists, to ensure guerrilla campaigns are cohesive with overall marketing strategies.
Performance Tracking: Analyze the success of marketing activities through key metrics and KPIs, providing detailed reports and recommendations for future initiatives.
Continuously explore new and emerging marketing trends, tools, and platforms to stay ahead of the curve and bring fresh ideas to the table.
5+ years of experience in growth hacking, guerrilla marketing, or a related field, preferably within a global or digital-first company.
Exceptional ability to analyze data in order to extract meaningful insights, and apply these insights to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
A proven track record of developing and executing highly creative, unconventional marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate creative ideas into actionable marketing plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively pitch and present ideas to both internal teams and external partners.
