Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design creative assets for email campaigns, social media, landing pages, paid campaigns, Anywords website, etc.
Use strong communication skills to work within a dynamic and fast cross-functional team.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales team to interpret creative briefs and deliver compelling visual content tailored to the target audience.
Innovate and bring fresh ideas to the table to enhance our growth efforts.
Act as the gatekeeper of all creative assets, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
3+ years of proven experience as a Creative Designer in tech companies, preferably B2B to B2SMB.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including digital marketing materials.
Strong proficiency in using Figma to create and prototype user interfaces and social assets.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong creative vision with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with web design and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Experience in video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, and Premiere).
