Responsibilities:
Develop creative and engaging designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to, social media graphics, email templates, website banners, brochures, and event collateral
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns
Design and maintain consistent brand guidelines across all marketing channels
Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques to improve our visual presence continually
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
Proven experience as a graphic designer with a focus on marketing materials
Excellent proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
