Responsibilities:
* Work hands-on with the hottest AI tools- as an integral part of your daily creative work.
* Produce campaign assets across multiple platforms: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display and more.
* Take a brief ? develop a concept ? design ? create variations ? deliver final assets.
* Create designs that drive measurable performance (not just portfolio visuals).
* Turn AI tools into a creative engine, not just a shortcut.
* Grow into influencing style, direction, and creative language across client work.
* Collaborate with the team that backs each other, inspires each other, and keeps the creative fire going.
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience from a Digital Agency / Advertising Agency / Studio / Freelance work
* Expert-level Photoshop skills
* Big advantage for experience in: Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, After Effects
* Curious mindset about AI tools such as Firefly, Midjourney, Sora, Ideogram — and whatever comes out tomorrow
* Strong creative writing instincts
* Solid understanding of media, social, digital and everything in between- what works, what sticks, what drives action
* Strong ability to work fast and efficiently while maintaining high aesthetic standards
* Constant desire to learn, grow, and level-up, just like a Pok?mon
* Native Hebrew – required.
