What youll be doing:
Lead the brief, design, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital ads, social media, landing pages, email, videos, and in-app promotions.
Develop, maintain, and guard our global brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
Create hands-on visually appealing and on-brand graphics, including but not limited to banners, landing pages, social media posts, email templates, infographics, video ads, and presentations.
Manage creative processes and their timely delivery by deadlines with different stakeholders from across the company, including overseeing and constructive feedback of creative work executed by freelancers, or other in-house designers that will be assigned per project.
Work with the product and UX teams to ensure that marketing design elements are integrated seamlessly into the product experience.
Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and use data to inform design decisions and optimize visuals for better results.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our marketing materials are innovative and cutting-edge.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing design role, preferably within the tech or finance industry.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and innovative marketing design work.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Project management, exceptional communication, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, problem-solver, motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
B.A/B.Sc in Graphic Design or related field.
English level Proficient.
