We are looking for a talented Marketing Data Analyst to join our Marketing department. Working closely with our B2B and B2C teams, including performances, product marketing content, field and external agencies. You will leverage your analytical and technical skills to help us track and measure marketing activities, uncover trends, identify opportunities and support decision making. You will be accountable for a variety of data aspects related to Marketing and come up with valuable insights that will shape them.
Role and Responsibilities
Leverage data analysis methods and statistics to provide actionable insights and a deeper understanding of our funnel, user behavior, campaign performance, user segmentation, etc.
Collaborate with the Marketing department to identify key business questions and develop data-driven solutions to address them
Build and maintain dashboards to track marketing performance and identify areas for optimization
Monitor and analyze KPIs to track progress towards business goals, include budget monitoring and optimization
Assist with data quality control and data management tasks
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Business/Marketing Data Analyst or similar role
Strong SQL skills with experience in querying large and complex datasets – A must
Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.
Great analytical skills, accompanied by a strong belief that data is essential to drive decisions and outcomes
Excellent presentation and communication capabilities – Ability to extract insights in a clear and compelling way
Strong background in B2B Marketing/Sales – advantage
