What you’ll be doing:
Overview and Optimize the ideation process for our creatives in sync with other producers and designers.
Constantly explore new creative approaches and marketing trends to stay ahead. Oversee market research activities to track industry trends and competitor activities.
Partner effectively with our Creative and User Acquisition teams to help drive millions of users DAILY all around the world.
Analyze game performance data to identify opportunities for creative improvements that align with business objectives.
Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
What we’re looking for:
Fluent with English.
Proven experience in a creative marketing or market research role within the mobile gaming industry.
A creative and innovative mindset, coupled with a keen understanding of the intersection between business objectives and creative content
Excellent communication and presentation skills
You might also have:
Russian Speaker.
Proven experience with ad networks: Facebook, Google Ads, Tik Tok, etc.
Basic understanding of how Photoshop/After Effect/etc.
