we are looking for a Marketing Automation manager.
What Would you do?
Ensure seamless hands-on execution of our digital marketing operation initiatives from inbound to funnel migration. Work in a dynamic B2B environment and collaborate closely with global and local stakeholders to streamline the creation, production, and dissemination of marketing materials across diverse channels.
As a Marketing Automation manager you will be responsible for:
1. Tool Ownership: Take charge of marketing operations tools and databases, including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (Marketing Cloud), form creator platforms, WordPress, BI tools, etc.
2. Database Management: Supervise regular maintenance of marketing databases for optimal performance.
3. Database Integrity: Ensure the quality and integrity of databases across Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
4. Develop automated marketing journeys from idea to structure throughout the client lifecycle, from lead to opportunity.
5. Hands on execution and management of complex end-to-end automated journeys and ad-hoc marketing campaigns including setup, segmentation, analysis, and optimization.
6. Maintain tracking parameters and tagging logic for all digital and offline activities to achieve comprehensive funnel tracking.
7. Salesforce Management: Serve as the Salesforce representative for marketing, overseeing tasks, edits, features, requirements, and campaign logic to ensure adherence to best practices
8. Project Coordination: Liaise with marketing, agencies, sales, and internal teams on collaborative projects, maintaining organization within project management tools like Asana or Monday.com.
9. Technology Exploration: Research, identify, manage, and orchestrate new marketing technology projects in conjunction with IT and relevant marketing team members.
10. ABM Integration: Integrate and lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platform projects to bolster segmentation strategies.

Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of proven experience in HO marketing operations, demand generation, , marketing automation, or CRM operations.
Proficiency in creating and optimizing nurture campaigns for both inbound and outbound leads.
Comprehensive understanding of marketing processes, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), campaign planning, execution, A/B testing, and conversion metrics.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Strong technological orientation.
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proactive attitude and aptitude for rapid learning.
Previous experience with Salesforce or Salesforce marketing would be advantageous.
Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
