Required Market Access Oncology Lead
Job Description:
Our Market Access team monitor population demographics and develop solutions to give patients access to our medicines. We act as both educators and advocates for our products, processes, and practices that help us revolutionize how our medicines create value in society.
This position will be responsible for development and execution of the market access strategy and support of pricing, reimbursement and health-economics efforts to ensure successful launch of companys Oncology products.
Responsibilities:
Ensure access for our Oncology brands with public payers through all available funding channels.
Build and execute Access and pricing strategies for companys Oncology brands and design appropriate customer models.
Responsible for reimbursement submissions and negotiations provide guidance and support to pricing submissions in case of positive reimbursement decisions.
Shape value proposition for Israel, reflecting market specific needs and applying company quality and scientific standards.
Engage with external stakeholders in key regions and public funding segments to inform and validate specific products market access strategies.
Facilitate development, introduction and execution of innovative access solutions and projects reflecting the specific needs of Israel thus ensuring appropriate access.
Scan external environment to identify and analyze trends/changes which will influence access, and their implications for the company.
Shape health policy by identifying, building and leveraging strong relationships with key external stakeholders.
In cooperation with Public Policy team create and execute strategies for Shaping health policy in order to ensure better access for companys Oncology products.

Developed network with key decision makers / authorities in Israel, proven ability to communicate and negotiate on value proposition to stakeholders.
Leading complex processes from A-Z.
Experience:
University degree in Science, Marketing or Business Administration.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with international teams in pharmaceutical companies.
Experience in Market access or Oncology in at least mid-manager position.

Experience in building economic models to justify value proposition.
