We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor.
The positions objective is to lead the assigned shift team in providing both re-active and pro-active, multiskilled operation support team.
To deliver site targets by ensuring the facility structure, utilities, manufacturing systems and equipment are maintained to a world class standard.
The primary function of the role is to manage the shift team to ensure all shift tasks are being completed along with improving operational effectiveness, project delivery, mean time between failures & downtime reduction.
Managing and implementing improvement plans with the teams, driving key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring all EHS requirements are adhered to.

Requirements:
Experience:
Excellent leadership and man management skills
Excellent technical & practical knowledge of process and equipment maintenance – solving issues within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal skills works across functions
Focused and target driven with a positive can-do attitude
A self-starter, motivated and able to positively empower others
Ability to set up relationships with current and new vendors to develop processes and system to drive continuous improvement within manufacturing process
Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
Education :
Practically Engineer – Electricity, Mechanics, Electronics
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Minimum practical engineer or higher in technical / scientific field
Experience working within a medical device manufacturing environment or cGMP manufacturing environment would be desirable but not crucial
Previous experience within team and delivering projects work crucial
Experience of working and maintaining facility & process equipment crucial
Role could require occasional travel and out of hours working
Role will require working in controlled environments e.g. Cleanroom
