Backup and Recovery: Developing and implementing backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity in the event of system failures or disasters.
Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues and system errors, either independently or in collaboration with other IT personnel or vendors.
