The day-to-day
Design and build data analysis pipelines working with large and complex data sets to monitor and analyze metrics
Work and interact with data engineers and software engineers to develop production worthy solutions, relying on petabytes of real time data
Use statistical tools to design experiments
Design and build predictive and decision-making algorithms for various business needs
Transform and understand data from many systems
Present technical solutions to business partners
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a highly quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or related field). Prior technical/scientific experience may substitute if not yet started.
Experience with Python and/or other scripting languages as well as SQL – a major advantage.
Experience working with diverse and disparate datasets – an advantage.
Ability to communicate and present data and concepts to technical & non-technical audiences.
You are available full-time for the university summer holiday period, approximately from July to October.
