We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a range of matters to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
* Provide legal advice and support on various legal matters, including contract review, negotiations, and drafting.
* Advise on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
* Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant legal issues.
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify legal risks and provide solutions to mitigate those risks.
* Assist in managing external legal counsel, as needed.

Requirements:
* A law degree from an accredited institution.
* 2-3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm.
* Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and other relevant legal areas.
* Experience in commercial law and contracts, employment, data protection and privacy.
* Excellent writing, drafting and presentation skills, both in English and Hebrew.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and workload.
