In this role you will make an immediate impact by exercising sound business judgment and translating complex business concepts into clear, legally precise drafts. Your focus will be on safeguarding the business and ensuring the attainment of our business goals.
Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including license, sales, vendor, and partnership agreements.
Maintain and update existing templates and contracting processes.
Design, build, and improve legal department processes.
Support and implement contracting strategies for new product launches.
Support internal projects, trainings, and processes, and drive cross-functional efforts.
Advise on compliance issues including global privacy issues and regulations.
Handle and assist in a variety of other issues and projects that arise from time to time.
A certified lawyer with LLB degree in law
3+ years of experience as in-house counsel for a hi-tech company or a leading law firm
Experience in contracts, licensing and privacy matters
Experience with drafting and negotiating international commercial agreements in the technology sector
Strong contracting, drafting and negotiating skills
Ability to work independently
Fluent English
