You have to be a superhero commercial legal and the go-to person for any other legal matters in the company.
As Legal Counsel you will:
Lead and oversee all commercial legal matters Worldwide
Manage and monitor the entire lifecycle of our contracts, from creation through signing to archiving.
Draft and maintain the company’s commercial legal templates, including MSAs, EULAs, and other essential documents.
Develop strategies for commercial negotiations to minimize risk, reduce friction with customers, and shorten the time to finalize agreements.
Structure, draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and corporate agreements across various legal fields, including procurement, HR and consulting.
Collaborate with different departments across the company on diverse legal issues.
Handle ongoing legal matters globally.
Provide general corporate legal advice as needed.

Requirements:
6+ years of experience as a commercial lawyer, particularly in the B2B tech product space.
Strong corporate legal background.
Experience working within or with the high-tech industry.
Proven track record of working with multinational, global companies.
Ability to thrive under pressure and work effectively, also within U.S. time zones.
Fluent in English at a native or near-native level.
