LiveU is seeking a talented, highly motivated in-house legal counsel to join its legal team. LiveU is a world leader in live video solutions. As a Legal Counsel, you will be handling various legal matters of LiveU entities worldwide: Israel, US, UK, Japan, Australia and France. You will work closely and directly with different teams and stakeholders, providing business-oriented legal services. This position is based in LiveU’s HQ in Kfar Saba, Israel and reports to the General Counsel. Hybrid work model.
As part of your role you will – Provide legal support to LiveU entities worldwide. – Work closely across multiple departments such as sales and R&D to provide professional legal and business guidance and advice on different legal and regulatory matters. – Negotiate, draft, and review a wide variety of commercial agreements. – Create and maintain standard templates. – Advise various stakeholders of potential risks in contractual, financial and legal areas and propose risk mitigation strategies. – Collaborate and build valuable relationships across the company, including with outside counsels in multiple jurisdictions. – Support, implement and improve internal processes and procedures, including compliance. – Handling ad-hoc assignments and projects.

Requirements:
About you – 2-4 years of relevant experience at the technology, commercial or M&A department of a prominent law firm or as in-house legal counsel in a multi-national technology company. – English: full professional proficiency level, excellent written and verbal communication skills. – Relevant experience in negotiating and drafting various commercial agreements. – Strong organizational skills, resourceful, hands-on and proactive approach, business-oriented and technology avid. – Self-starter and able to work well independently and as part of a team. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with cross-functional teams, service-oriented, “can-do” attitude. – Can prioritize, multitask, and follow through on a high volume of client requests in a fast-paced environment. – Ability to oversee the big picture while observing details. – LLB degree or foreign equivalent, member of the Israeli Bar.
