We're currently seeking Legal Counsel for a leading beauty industry company.
Review, draft and negotiate distribution, vendor and service-related contracts (e.g. distribution agreements, NDAs, manufacturing agreements, termination letters).
Negotiate key business terms in contracts (e.g. warranties, returns, penalties, etc).
Ad hoc legal support and advice to other departments (Sales, Marketing, IT, etc.) based on knowledge, research and experience.
Communicate and coordinate with external counsel.
Support the Legal Department in all other legal tasks, as needed.

Requirements:
Degree in law from any jurisdiction (Israel / USA).
At least 2 years of experience in a commercial and/or transactional capacity with an emphasis on contracts- MUST.
Native English- MUST.
In-house experience – Strong Advantage.
Strong Hebrew- Advantage.
