Responsibilities
Lab & Chamber Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our labs and RF chambers. This includes tasks like scheduling lab usage, ensuring adherence to ESD and ISO protocols, and managing equipment inventory.
Lab Equipment Expertise: You'll be responsible for our lab equipment, including ordering new small equipment and measurement devices.
Test Setup & Maintenance: Build and maintain various lab setups, including those involving RF and digital components.
Technical Support: Actively participate in lab projects, performing measurements, recording data, and assisting the development team.
Bridging Needs & Solutions: Understand the development team's requirements and work with them to establish appropriate lab setups and measurement procedures.
Calibration & Maintenance: Ensure timely calibration of lab equipment and maintain its functionality.
Software Management: Oversee the software images used on lab PCs and chambers.
Remote Access Management: Enable and maintain secure remote access workstations for efficient lab operations.
Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with IT and DevOps teams to ensure a smooth, secure, and efficient lab environment.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a relevant field, or equivalent practical engineering experience.
Proven experience as a Lab/Technical Manager or in a similar role (required).
Hands-on experience with common lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other relevant tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and a fast learning attitude, with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage work pressure effectively.
