Reporting to the Director, Global HR COE

Responsibilities:

Online Learning Platform Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online learning platform, ensuring its functionality and accessibility.
Maintain and update course content, user profiles, and learning resources.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support.
Learning Administration:

Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify training needs and objectives.
Coordinate training schedules, registrations, and logistics.
Monitor and track training program attendance and completion.
Content Creation and Instructional Design:

Development and enhancement of training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and documentation.
Work with subject matter experts to convert content into engaging and effective learning resources.
Ensure that learning materials are aligned with instructional design best practices.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect and analyze data related to learning initiatives, platform usage, and training effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports to evaluate the impact of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Continuous Improvement:

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in online learning and instructional design.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains in learning administration.

Part time 50% position.
