This role is part of the HR team and reports to the Director of Global Organizational Development & Learning (OD&L).

Determining and implementing organizational learning strategies and work plans for the company, regions, and divisions to enhance skills, knowledge, and engagement.
Leading projects and initiatives related to career management and role progression.
Developing and managing multiple technical learning solutions.
Creating and overseeing soft skills learning offerings related to the companys values, competencies, specific professional roles and more.
Elevating and overseeing global onboarding programs.
Designing and executing on learning offerings for top-talent employees.
Planning and producing company career growth events and activities that promote a learning-centric employer brand.
Designing creative e-learning channels with innovative methods and training systems.
7+ years of experience in learning management at global software companies with best-in-class HR practices
Deep understanding of organizational structures, job architecture, and learning requirements for various business and technological professions
Familiarity and proven experience with e-learning platforms, practices, and learning management systems
Proven experience in embracing and implementing various innovative learning initiatives and platforms
Data-driven understanding of relevant metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions
Strong complex project management skills and execution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Academic degree in Data Science/Information Systems/Learning Technologies
