Key Responsibilities: Lead all engineering efforts in the development and prototyping of a unique naval defense system.
Manage multidisciplinary engineering activities in collaboration with top-tier companies.
Coordinate and control engineering interfaces across the matrixed teams within several divisions.
Define system architecture ( system of Systems) and lead requirement definition based on contractual documents.
Author top-level system specifications and oversee design, integration, and validation activities.
Manage system integration with naval platforms provided by leading global shipbuilders.
Direct performance analyses, development trials, and system acceptance testsboth locally and abroad.
Interface with clients and subcontractors internationally.
Participate in sea trials aboard vessels equipped with the system.
What Were Looking For: B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Software / Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering required.
M.Sc. in Systems Engineering an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience in systems engineering for complex development projects ( system of Systems) required.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate engineering teams in a matrix environment required.
Experience writing technical documents and conducting system performance analysis required.
Familiarity with missile systems / air defense / weapon systems significant advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English required.
Willingness to travel abroad required.
