We are looking for an experienced, motivated and hardworking experienced senior food technologist/ Scientist with the appropriate background to lead R&D projects for food & oil application.
Responsibilities:
Partaking in all aspects of projects: R&D, process engineering, scale-up to production, regulation, and quality requirements.
Knowledge of process planning and risk management – an advantage.
Planning, executing and documenting laboratory experiments.
Writing professional documents for clients, subcontractors, and investors.
Coordination of experimental activity with subcontractors and outsourcing services.
Additional requirements:
Private vehicle.
Willing to work excess hours.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, innovative, and have a passion for food and science. They should have the ability to think critically, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A minimum of a MSc in food/chemical/biotechnological engineering.
Industrial experience in the field of food & Oil (food regulation an advantage)
Experience in working with laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
Additional skills:
Knowledge of the food and oil industry from multiple scientific and regulatory aspects.
Meticulous attention to details, particularly with regards to health & safety regulations.
Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
