As a key member of our product team, you will:
Have oversight and guidance of our product assent across various platforms and segments (UX/UI, Product (Web & Mobile)
Drive the visual design of our web applications, ensuring a best-in-class user experience
Work closely with product management, engineering, and UX research to design intuitive, functional, and beautiful experiences
Create wireframes, prototypes, specifications, and visual design assets based on user research and product goals.
Stay on top of the latest design trends and technologies to continually improve and innovate our products.
Collaborate with other designers and provide design feedback across the organization.
Guide / Lead 1-2 junior designers across Marketing and Product Design for streamlined prioritization and execution of our product. Note: this is a hands-on role with an opportunity to lead directalnyly agencies and external freelancesrs.
5-7 years of experience designing Web and SaaS applications
Expertise in designing highly visual and intuitive consumer-grade experiences
Experience designing complex systems from scratch (software projects experience included)
Proven success in translating business requirements into pixel-perfect designs
Strong collaboration skills and ability to present designs clearly
Expert knowledge of design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC
BS in Design, HCI, or a related field
