5+ years of proven experience as a team leader managing software development teams.
Strong expertise in multi-threaded programming and experience with TPL (Tasks, async/await pattern).
Proven track record in designing and implementing complex, multi-component system architectures.
Solid experience with database integration and management.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
