The opportunity
 

Launch and Transfer Support Specialist is a role in the L&PCM EMSO EMEA group.

This is a highly specialized dedicated technical expert, working closely with Launch Execution Managers, Project Managers and Supply Chain group, ensuring Launch and Technical Transfer projects are well supported from Vendor and SKU creation perspective.

 
How you’ll spend your day
 

Holistically own the SKU and Vendor creation tasks for all launch and transfer projects managed by the L&PCM team
Manage effectively cross-functional activities and ensure that internal (EMSO and non-EMSO) and external (Suppliers) stakeholders are aligned
Manage all SKU and Vendor creation issues during the launch and transfer phase, and facilitate discussions to resolve with the 3rd Party Manufacturing sites, markets and all involved internal and external stakeholders
Provide high quality customer service, including interacting with markets and suppliers
Support the reporting of SKU creation status in different forums and systems and ensure an appropriate management reporting on launch and transfer risks
Support the continuous improvement of the launch and transfer processes by identifying opportunities and working on the implementation together with the team
