Job Description
Localize from English to Hebrew for the Knowledge Base, including how-to articles, tutorials and feature requests following our style guidelines and Wix tone of voice
Manage the localization of knowledge base content in Hebrew, including being responsible for updating glossaries, style guides, and collaborating with other localization teams to ensure consistent Hebrew content across touchpoints
Assist the English Knowledge Base team in creating and updating Help Center content, according to style guidelines and Wix tone of voice
Collaborate with other internal stakeholders such as subject-matter experts, product managers, and other teams to gather information and ensure the accuracy of the information provided
Analyze content efficiency by focusing on user satisfaction and how to reduce tickets
Prioritize tasks effectively, communicating progress and any issues with the team
Juggle multiple releases and deliver under tight deadlines with minimal revisions

Youre a native-level English and Hebrew speaker with at least 1 year of experience in knowledge base, technical, or product writing
Youre a highly organized, brilliant communicator, passionate about localizing and delivering a great experience for users
You can localize complex information into user-friendly language
Youre tech-savvy, flexible, and eager to take on multiple, challenging projects
Youre a native-level English and Hebrew speaker with at least 1 year of experience in knowledge base, technical, or product writing
