2. Networking: Attend job fairs, university events, and other in-person and online platforms to build a strong employer brand and establish connections with potential candidates.
3. Candidate Engagement: Engage with potential candidates, communicate the companys culture, and showcase career opportunities.
4. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about trends and developments in the Anglo job market in Israel to tailor recruitment strategies effectively.
5. Interview Coordination: Occasionally conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and ensure alignment with company values.
6. Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR managers and hiring teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with HR managers and hiring teams, providing support where needed to ensure an efficient recruitment and onboarding process.
8. Branding: Contribute to creative branding strategies to enhance the companys presence and attract diverse talent.
