Job Description As an Instructional Designer at Afimilk, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality learning experiences that support our employees and customers. You will work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and the learning and documentation team to create engaging, advanced and effective instructional materials that align with our organizational goals and new technology requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to document training contnet.
* Design and develop training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, digital assessments and forms.
* Develop multimedia content, including graphics, videos, on-line help and interactive elements.
* Implement and Integrate the training content in the Learning Management system (LMS) and track learner progress.
* Stay current with industry training trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve training materials and methods.

Requirements:
* Certification in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
* Initial experience as an Instructional Designer, preferably in the high-tech industry.
* Good understanding of instructional design methodologies and learning principles.
* Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
* Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC standards.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
