Must-Have Qualifications: Generative AI Expertise: Solid understanding of GenAI concepts; proven practical experience developing LLM-integrated services and building agentic components; strong prompt engineering skills. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in Python : Experienced in developing GenAI applications, with hands-on familiarity with libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and LangChain. Skilled at working with complex codebases and quick to learn new tools, libraries, and paradigms as needed. Strong English Skills: Able to clearly communicate ideas in both written and spoken English, including technical topics.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Content Moderation: Understanding of online safety and security challenges, harmful content detection, and moderation systems. Engineering Skills: Experience with data handling, cloud platforms, integrating APIs, and building robust, error-tolerant systems. End-to-end AI solution development: scoping, data pipelines, model implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
