We are looking to grow our Switch Team! Someone who can take full ownership of the transition process across every new building that joins us, ensuring a smooth and consistent transition in a recurring manner.
This role requires excellent communication skills, especially when interacting with board members and customers, and a strong ability to manage processes across departments effectively.
Responsibilities:
Primary Focus: Lead the transition for new buildings joining us, ensuring consistent and efficient execution of all steps.
Serve as the main contact for board members and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication during transitions.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements.
Take ownership of projects, driving them to completion with minimal supervision.
Identify and address underperformance and improve processes.

Comfortable making calls and engaging with customers.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, clarify paths forward, and identify areas needing development.
Bachelor's degree.
