We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Application Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support HR and finance systems such as SharePoint, HiBob, Attendee, and expense systems, while also having a basic understanding of ERP, PLM, and MES systems. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the analysis and documentation of business processes and requirements for HR and finance systems
* Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of applications
* Development and characterization of the organization’s needs
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure effective integration and functionality of HR and finance systems
* Understanding the need of system users and providing end-to-end support to users, including guidance and instruction
* Assist in developing and maintaining documentation and user guides for HR and finance systems
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within company’s processes

* Experience in the development of Priority – an advantage for a manufacturing company.
* Deep familiarity with the modules and work processes in Priority – production, inventory management, sales, service and maintenance and finance.
* Experience in writing characterization documents, tests – an advantage.
* Experience in implementing processes and systems – an advantage.
* Familiarity with PLM, and MES systems – an advantage for a manufacturing company.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools. Soft Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
