Account & Delivery manager
Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
• Prospect for potential new clients, focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
• Manage budget usage and handle business deals aspects
• Manage employees in a matrix structure software organization
• The position is a full-time job and we are located in Herzlyia
