Our scale is enormous: with a data pipeline handling 800 billion messages daily in our Kafka clusters. We support over 1000 daily jobs across multiple platforms such as Airflow, Spark, and Trino. Your role will involve creating tools and libraries to enhance the daily productivity and efficiency of engineering teams.

A day in the life
Join a small and very strong team of experienced engineers.
Dont just write code – solve problems for our customers. Collaborate with experienced product managers, engineers and tech leads from the earliest stages of a project to create real impact.
Use the right tools for the job: our tech stack includes battle-tested tools like Java/Scala, Python, Kafka, Spark, Trino, Airflow, SpringBoot, K8S, Docker and more.
Work closely with your team to design & implement high-quality technical solutions. Share knowledge & improve code quality through code reviews, technical specs, design reviews, postmortems and unit tests.
Deploy your code to production servers several times a day with a single click through our state-of-the-art continuous integration tooling!
Measure the impact of your changes in production using our advanced monitoring stack based on Prometheus.
Grow your skills & share your learnings with others – either through internal tech talks or externally at meetups & conferences.
At least 3 years of experience as a Scala/ enJava softwaregineer.
Strong ability and passion for solving challenging problems with other people.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
Good knowledge of software engineering fundamentals.
A strong desire to learn and grow as a member of a talented engineering team.
A positive attitude – even when things get tough.
Great communication and collaboration skills.
Reliability – you are a trustworthy person others can count on.
Having experience with our stack is a plus, but not mandatory – we value talent, strong fundamentals and dedication to excellence more than the tools you've used.
