What youll do:
* Provide best-in-class IT support to our employees in HQ Tel Aviv Office.
* Ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and response to relevant technical issues in company facilities.
* Immediate support employees from home through remote takeover and training.
* Configure and maintain all technical equipment, including computers, printers, switches, phones, conference rooms, TVs, and back-office systems.
* Assistance in inventory planning, purchasing, managing, monitoring and execution.
* Experience with Windows environments (installation, configuration, troubleshooting) – A must.
* Experience with Office 365 – A must.
* Proficient in installing computer hardware/software, printers, and handling/connecting in company networks (internet, telephone, etc.) – A must
* Familiarity with network infrastructure – A must.
* Experience with supporting Windows and MacOS workstations.
* High-level English (speaking, writing, and reading) – A must.
* Russian at a good level – An advantage.
* Familiarity with VoIP systems, backup concepts, MDM systems, Google Workspace – An advantage.
* Experience in a Domain Controller and Active Directory – An Advantage.
* High-level interpersonal and service skills.
