The global IT Team Leader will also have extensive knowledge and experience with information security products, ensuring the protection and integrity of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, including responsibilities such as hiring, training, and performance management
Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and timeline
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align IT strategies to support organizational goals
Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
Oversee the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, etc.).
Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
Oversee network administration, system administration, help desk support, and IT security functions
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure effective delivery of IT services
Conduct regular assessments of the IT infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT management
Demonstrate familiarity with a multi-system SaaS infrastructure environment
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security principles (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Proven track record of implementing technology solutions that drive business results
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
