– Design, implement, and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure using Microsoft products.
– Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations, focusing on Microsoft 365 solutions.
– Implement and maintain robust security measures within Microsoft 365 to protect the company’s data and systems.
– Manage and monitor all installed systems, ensuring smooth operation of both Mac and Windows environments.
– Provide hands-on management of Microsoft 365 security products and AWS organizations.
Internal Technical Support :
– Provide Technical Support and troubleshooting assistance to employees, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of IT issues using Microsoft tools.
Compliance and Documentation:
– Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Experience:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
– Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and its security products.
– Experience with AWS organizations and IAM roles.
– Familiarity with JIRA as a ticket management system.
– Hands-on experience with SSO and SAML configuration and connections.
– Proficient in managing both Mac and Windows environments.
